Our Esmeraldas bar uses cacao sourced from the Ecuadorian region of Esmeraldas, a coastal city in Northeastern Ecuador known for producing some of the the nation's finest cacao. It's a plain chocolate bar, however, it's so fruity and floral it's hard to believe it's not infused with Andean fruits and herbs!
